FAQ

  • Oonee provides several layers of security in our facilities, making it vastly more secure than unprotected bicycle racks.

    1. Verification: Each user’s identity is verified at sign-up to deter bad actors and bad thieves

    2. Access-controlled space: Only verified users are allowed to access the facilities

    3. Security monitoring: Each station is equipped with a motion activated security camera

  • Yup :) And 24/7 access at most stations.

  • There is none. All you have to do is sign up and follow our vehicle and station policies.

  • Our goal is to ensure that each installation can be used by as many people in the community as possible. For example, a bike room of 20 people in a busy downtown area can often support several hundred members, since not all users commute by bike everyday. At this level, each user has a reasonable chance of having a space on the days that they do commute by bike.

  • Currently there is no way to see space availability remotely. In the near future once we release our Oonee app, we’ll be introducing new self-locking rack technology in the future that will allow us to show real-time availability through the app.

  • Yes. Oonee welcomes e-scooter, e-skateboards, and all kinds of micromobility vehicles.

Mopeds, motorcycles, and other large vehicles are not allowed inside the parking facilities.

  • No. Mopeds, motorcycles and other oversized vehicles are not allowed inside the stations and will be removed. Our rule is "one vehicle, one spot" and these vehicles take up more than one spot. If you aren't sure whether your vehicle is allowed, please check with us before using the facility by sharing a photo and measurement of your vehicle at support@oonee.us.
